cruisingcommodore@southernsailing.org Power Squadron VSC (Vessel Safety Check) - John Martin The United States Power Squadron suggests that every boat get a FREE Vessel Safety Check. This is pretty simple. This is pretty easy. The Power Squadron has trained and qualified inspectors that will come to your boat and do a VSC. We sometimes put off what needs to be done. This inspection will help keep our boats a little safer. Upon passing the VSC, you are given a dated sticker to display on your mast. And, you can apply to your insurance company for a discount.
