These instructions should apply to any SSC sponcored event.

- Every vessel should be operated in a safe and seamanlike manner.
- This is not a race; cruise, explore, have fun.
- Monitor VHF channel #78 for on-going details.
- If you are the first to arrive at a destination, please set an anchor.
- Every third boat in the raft-up should also set an anchor.
- Please check-in with the Fleet Captain.
- When rafting up to another boat hand them the loop end of your line.
