Our race events will operate to promote the following ideas:

1. Race your boats to have fun.
2. Cognizant of the safety of everybody and every boat involved.
3. Courses are considerate of a wide range of boat types and sailing skills.
4. Create an environment to bring more new sailors into racing.
5. Supportive of other SSC events.
6. Supportive of other Lake Clubs and try to facilitate good will among the entire lake sailing community.
